Pour pallier ce manque de nutriments dans les sols, il est indispensable d&rsquo;utiliser des intrants.<br \/> Le r\u00e9sultat est une baisse notable des vitamines et min\u00e9raux dans nos fruits et l\u00e9gumes et une augmentation de produits chimiques dont certains perturbateurs endocriniens.<br \/> On privil\u00e9gie donc des fruits et l\u00e9gumes de saison, en circuit court et\/ou d&rsquo;agriculture biologique autant que possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une pyramide alimentaire non respect\u00e9e.<\/h3>\n<p>Rappelons simplement que la base de notre alimentation sont les fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Donc dans nos assiettes la plus grande part devrait leur \u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<br \/> Or force est de constater que ce n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas le cas. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9es sont trop souvent la base de nos assiettes, du petit-d\u00e9jeuner au d\u00eener en passant par le go\u00fbter. Or elles n&rsquo;ont aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat nutritif si ce n&rsquo;est de nous rassasier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La sur-cuisson des aliments<\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, la cuisson alt\u00e8re les vitamines et les enzymes. Les vitamines C et B ainsi que les enzymes sont les plus fragiles mais au-del\u00e0 de 110\u00bac il ne reste plus grand-chose. Ensuite vient la r\u00e9action de Maillard qui donne cette couleur brune \u00e0 la cro\u00fbte de pain, \u00e0 la viande et aux l\u00e9gumes&#8230;: savoureux mais clairement d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La cuisson apporte certains avantages tels que rendre les fibres insolubles moins irritantes pour l&rsquo;intestin, d\u00e9truire parasites et bact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes ou consommer des aliments qui autrement sont indigestes (certains champignons, pomme de terre, aubergines&#8230;). Dans ces cas on privil\u00e9gie plut\u00f4t la cuisson douce \u00e0 la vapeur, ou juste saisi au wok. Cependant manger cuit entra\u00eene une r\u00e9ponse du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, il est donc toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer par des fruits ou l\u00e9gumes crus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit zen et positif pour mieux se prot\u00e9ger.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La puissance de nos pens\u00e9es est bien connue des chercheurs en m\u00e9decine et de la plupart d&rsquo;entre nous. Que ce soit l&rsquo;effet placebo lorsque le r\u00e9sultat est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique ou nocebo s&rsquo;il est n\u00e9faste, l\u2019impact est consid\u00e9rable. Il semble que la production de dopamine et d\u2019endorphine soient les principales responsables de l\u2019effet placebo. Or plusieurs \u00e9tudes montrent que la dopamine joue un r\u00f4le sur les cellules immunitaires.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s \u00e9tudi\u00e9e depuis quelques ann\u00e9es et montre ses effets positifs sur notre sant\u00e9. La r\u00e9gulation du stress par la m\u00e9ditation apporte des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices au niveau des \u201cg\u00e8nes pro-inflammatoires, la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire au vaccin anti-grippal, la communication immunitaire chez les personnes atteintes de cancer ou encore l\u2019activit\u00e9 des cellules immunitaires chez les patients porteurs du VIH\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si les m\u00e9canismes pr\u00e9cis sont encore \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour mieux comprendre comment notre \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit influence notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire, il n\u2019en reste pas moins que les effets sont bien reconnus. La gestion des \u00e9motions, du stress, de nos pens\u00e9es sont des atouts majeurs pour maintenir un syst\u00e8me immunitaire efficace, voire le stimuler.
