Donc, merci p\u00e9rin\u00e9e pour ton soutien, ta ma\u00eetrise et le plaisir que tu nous donnes, promis on va prendre soin de toi.<\/p>\n<h2>Mais en fait&#8230; le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e c\u2019est quoi?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour faire simple, c\u2019est un ensemble musculaire qui s\u2019\u00e9tend du pubis au coccyx. Ces muscles, ligaments et membranes travaillent ensemble pour soutenir les appareils digestif, urinaire et reproducteur.<\/p>\n<p>Chez la femme le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e est plus large et est mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve au moment de l\u2019accouchement. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle elle en entend beaucoup parler au moment de la grossesse et en post-partum.<\/p>\n<p>Chez l\u2019homme le bassin est plus \u00e9troit et le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e subit moins de pression. Cependant quelques gestes simples sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 des actes pr\u00e9ventifs efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Parlons de ce moment d\u2019intense m\u00e9ditation en fin de transit intestinal, surtout en cas d\u2019embouteillages r\u00e9currents. Une posture adapt\u00e9e (genoux relev\u00e9s, buste l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en avant) et un travail en expiration (ne pas bloquer la respiration) pr\u00e9servent notre \u201ctrampoline pelvien\u201d. L\u2019avantage de ces exercices est qu\u2019ils peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s discr\u00e8tement plusieurs fois par jour sans que personne d\u2019autre que vous ne s\u2019en aper\u00e7oive.<\/p>\n<p>En voici quelques exemples \u00e0 faire 3-4 fois par jour par s\u00e9rie de 10:<br \/>\nSerrez vos muscles du plancher pelvien pendant 5 secondes, puis d\u00e9tendez-les pendant 5 secondes.<br \/>\nTout d\u2019abord, d\u00e9tendez-vous pendant 2 \u00e0 10 secondes puis contractez vos muscles pendant 2 \u00e0 10 secondes<br \/>\nD\u00e9tendez votre muscle puis essayer le plus rapidement de le contracter \u00e0 nouveau.<br \/>\nVisualisez un ascenseur qui monte et descend en contractant et d\u00e9contractant le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e. Arr\u00e9tez-vous au 1er \u00e9tage, 2\u00e8me \u00e9tage, 1er \u00e9tage, RDC. Ding, vous y \u00eates!<br \/>\nLa respiration doit \u00eatre tout \u00e0 fait normale.
