Nous ne pensons pas \u00e0 respirer \u00e0 chaque instant et le rythme respiratoire s\u2019adapte automatiquement \u00e0 certaines situations, c\u2019est donc un reflex. C\u2019est \u00e9galement un acte que l\u2019on peut contr\u00f4ler volontairement et qui devient un acte conscient.<\/p>\n<h2>Prendre conscience de sa respiration<\/h2>\n<p>Notre <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">respiration et<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lecorpshumain.fr\/corpshumain\/3-emotions.html\" target=\"_blank\">nos \u00e9motions<\/a>\u00a0sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es. Que ce soient la peur, la col\u00e8re, la joie, la tristesse, la surprise\u2026 la plupart des \u00e9motions entra\u00eenent automatiquement un changement de notre fa\u00e7on de respirer. Devenir conscient de notre respiration nous permet de prendre conscience de nos \u00e9motions et ainsi de mieux les g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons le temps chaque jour de fermer les yeux et de focaliser notre attention sur notre respiration, sans essayer de la contr\u00f4ler. Sentons le mouvement respiratoire, vient-il du ventre ou de la poitrine? Est-il lent, rapide ou saccad\u00e9? Des pens\u00e9es peuvent surgirent, ne nous y attachons pas, laissons les passer en ramenant l\u2019attention sur notre respiration sans les juger, sans nous juger. Concentrons nous sur nos sensations corporelles, les tensions ou les muscles qui se d\u00e9tendent, le poids sur la poitrine ou la sensation de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, les fourmillements ou la sensation de chaleur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Prendre conscience de sa respiration permet de se recentrer, d\u2019\u00eatre moins dispers\u00e9 physiquement et mentalement. On ressent pleinement son corps et on se d\u00e9connecte du bavardage mental. On est ensuite plus concentr\u00e9 et efficace dans nos prises de d\u00e9cision ou nos t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir.<\/p>\n<h2>Alors comment respirer?<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe de nombreux exercices de respiration, l\u2019objectif ici n\u2019est pas de tous les r\u00e9pertorier mais de mettre en place quelques habitudes tr\u00e8s simples et que l\u2019on peut appliquer partout. En toute circonstance il est imp\u00e9ratif de s\u2019\u00e9couter: si on sent la moindre g\u00eane ou sensation d\u2019\u00e9tourdissement il faut arr\u00eater imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019exercice de respiration et reprendre notre\u00a0rythme naturel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Respirer\u00a0quand on est immobile<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons tendance \u00e0 respirer par le thorax et ceci pour plusieurs raisons. Qui n\u2019a jamais re\u00e7u de ses parents cette fameuse injonction: Tiens toi droit! La r\u00e9action habituelle est que le corps se contracte pour \u00eatre droit comme un i, en particulier les abdominaux et les \u00e9paules tir\u00e9es vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Dans cette position la respiration abdominale est simplement impossible. C\u2019est en fait notre charpente osseuse qui doit nous permettre de se tenir droit. Il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de recevoir les informations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u2019assoir sur les ischions (c\u2019est l\u2019os sous tes fesses)<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tendre les \u00e9paules<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tendre les abdominaux<\/li>\n<li>Commencer le mouvement respiratoire par le ventre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la position debout on remplace la premi\u00e8re ligne par les deux lignes suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ancrer les deux pieds dans le sol \u00e0 la largeur du bassin<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9bloquer les genoux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C\u2019est un peu plus long que l\u2019injonction de notre enfance mais bien meilleur pour la sant\u00e9. Un moyen de se rendre compte de la diff\u00e9rence entre une respiration thoracique et abdominale est de poser une main sur le torse et une main sur le ventre. Effectuez plusieurs respirations en soulevant d\u2019abord la main sur le torse, puis r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019exercice en soulevant la main sur le ventre en premier. Les c\u00f4tes sont plus rigides que le ventre, on fait un effort plus important et on inspire moins d\u2019air avec la respiration thoracique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La respiration en marchant<\/h3>\n<p>Notre rythme de vie toujours plus tr\u00e9pidant met \u00e9galement notre corps en tension. On a tendance \u00e0 marcher de plus en plus vite et perdons notre \u00e9nergie \u00e0 penser \u00e0 ce que nous avons \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre conscience de ces moments et recentrer nos pens\u00e9es vers notre respiration est un excellent moyen de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie pour ce que nous attend. Il existe de nombreux exercices de respiration march\u00e9e, leur point commun est l\u2019importance de l\u2019expiration.<\/p>\n<p>Un exercice qui permet de bien respirer est de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allodocteurs.fr\/actualite-sante-quel-type-de-respiration-adopter-au-cours-de-la-marche-_8721.html\" target=\"_blank\">rentrer le ventre au moment de l\u2019expiration<\/a>. Cet acte unique, facile \u00e0 mettre en place qui ne demande aucun mat\u00e9riel a de nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les poumons rejettent plus d\u2019air vici\u00e9 ce qui permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019apport en oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019inspiration.<\/li>\n<li>Les muscles abdominaux obliques se contractent, on en profite pour faire du gainage.<\/li>\n<li>On se tient droit, c\u2019est impossible de rentrer le ventre quand on est pench\u00e9 en avant car on contracte les abdominaux droits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Nourrir son corps c\u2019est avant tout respirer<\/h2>\n<p>On peut survivre plusieurs jours sans manger mais seulement quelques minutes sans respirer. C\u2019est donc une activit\u00e9 qui m\u00e9rite au moins autant d\u2019attention que notre alimentation: quelques minutes chaque jour. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019investir dans du mat\u00e9riel, ni de faire des activit\u00e9s contraignantes.
